INVITATION TO EXHIBIT IN THE WCAG GALLERY FRONT ROOM

Guild members are invited to submit 1-2 pieces to be displayed during July 2026 at the WCAG Gallery at 708 S. Rock Street in Georgetown. The front room exhibit is not themed.

Please read the following information carefully and comply with the requirements of this Call For Art.

  1. You must be a current, paid-up, Williamson County Art Guild member to participate

  2. Any artwork that does not comply with specified requirements, or is not delivered in time, will be refused

  3. Exhibition dates: July 2 through July 26

  4. Drop-off artwork: Tuesday, June 30, 9 – 11 AM at the Gallery

  5. First Friday Reception: Friday, July 3, 5 – 7 PM at the Gallery

  6. Pick up artwork: Tuesday, July 28, 9 – 11 AM from the Gallery

  7. Exhibit fee is $10 / piece for smaller pieces; $20 for a single larger piece

    • Front Gallery Artists DO NOT need to pay for this show.

To submit, fill out this form. Deadline for submissions is Saturday, June 27.

You will asked to provide the following information:

  1. Name of artist

  2. Phone number

  3. Email address

For each piece:

  1. Title of work

  2. Medium

  3. Size in inches (including frame)

  4. Price

  5. Scan/photo of the artwork

Requirements for display:

  • If you are submitting 2 pieces, both must be less than 24”x36”, frame included

  • You may submit one piece that is 24”x36” up to a maximum of 30”x40”

  • Artwork must have D-rings and tight hanging wires to be accepted

  • Ideally, artwork is framed (no heavy frames, please); unframed canvases must be painted on all sides (no staples showing)

You must complete and sign the exhibitor agreement and bring it with you, along with any outstanding payment, when you drop off your pieces.
